I ordered two items on 10 December in time for Christmas (as presents). On 22 December, having not received the goods, I emailed to query when I would receive them. I was then told they were not in stock. I wonder if I had not contacted them how long it would have been before they had let me know this? Given this is the Christmas period it was obvious these items were intended as presents. I am now two presents short. The reply to my email was short and not apologetic in tone. I will not attempt to use this store again.
