This site is excellent. I ordered one perfume (lolita lempicka) which was perfectly packaged. It took less than two weeks to receive it in France during christmas and snow weather: so it was fast. And it was also really cheap!!

Do not waste your time and money ordering from this company. You will not get the perfume you ordered and you will not get your money back. I ordered a bottle of perfume for my mother, one month letter no perfume and no money back. Just lots of excuses on the other end of the phone from a very disinterested person who answers the phone. As i used my Barclaycard I was able to get my money back. I will be contacting the Trading Standards.

I ordered £113.93 worth of goods from this store and 3 weeks later still no goods arrived. I have emailed several times and keep getting informed that the goods have been sent, then told that they will send another order. I think it is a disgrace that this company operates this way and can con people out of money the way they are doing. i ordered 2 weeks before well in advance of my Mother's birthday as one of the perfumes was for her, my mothers birthday has come and gone and still no order. I would advise anyone not to order from this website, I wish I had found about this reviews before I ordered, and will definitely be telling friends and family to never order from this company.

I placed a £200 order with this company on 4th November and the money was immediately taken from my account. The goods were for christmas gifts.

When I hadn't received the order by the 15th I phoned them and they said they couldn't understand why my order hadn't been sent out - must have been because one of the perfumes was out of stock. Said they would send the rest of the order that day.

The parcel did arrive the following day but with only 3 items in it. I phoned 4 days in a row, always getting a different excuse. After that I couldn't get through to them on the phone and my e-mails were ignored.

I cancelled the order on the 19th November and asked for a refund. I have had no reply and no refund as yet. They just don't seem to care.

I have now contacted my credit card company and have also reported them to Trading Standards.

I didn't receive my order - but I didn't give up in getting a refund. It took me a month of emailing and on-line chat conversation with this company, each time they painted a very similar picture to the rest of you out there who hadn't recieved orders. I also contacted ISIS who are monitoring this company.

I wont be using this company again i was let down by not receiving my perfume which was a present for my sister. It has taken a month to get a refund but am happy that i eventually did get one. Chris evenutally sorted out this problem. He was helpful.

I ordered a EA Red Door and opted for regular shipping. Unfortunately it didn't come and hence I had to connect with their helpdesk. Contrary to the reviews I read, I could connect with them quite regularly and they enquired with Royal Mail and once sure that it is misplaced (within 5 days of despatch) they send me another one with tracked signed for delivery. The next one reached to me on time. I would say the situation of lost package was unfortunate but the company was most helpful. 4 beacuse of the lost package and somehow I didn't receive any mails from them when the items got shipped - both times. The second time I got the mail from the help desk so that I could track.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE!!

It was my best friend's birthday so I ordered her some Armani Code. At £36.98 I thought I was getting a bargain as it retails at £49.50. On the 2nd Sept I ordered the perfume thinkin it would come in plenty of time. On the 13th Sept I had recieved no dispatch e-mail or the parcel. I then googled the company and read the reviews on this site and my heart sank! I rang them the next day and they told me that the parcel had been dispatched on the 4th Sept but they couldn't track the parcel so they sent me out another parcel and guarenteed it would be delivered on the 16th sept. No parcel arrived on the 16th Sept so I rang them. Again, they couldn't track the parcel and when I mentioned the reviews on the net the Andrew became very abrupt and rude, I didn't even get an apology. He told me to ring back the next day if the parcel wasn't delivered and they would refund me. Obvioulsy the parcel didn't turn up and I asked for a refund. Still waiting for a refund!! PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!

I purchased a good brand of perfume at a very reasonable price for my girlfriend. I made the purchase 3 weeks before her birthday. I finally received the perfume yesterday after waiting around 13 weeks. I telephoned on numerous occasions and was fobbed off with all types of excuses. As with previous reviewers, I was told Royal Mail hadn't managed to deliver and it had been returned. I was then bizarrely told that it had been re-sent directly to my local sorting office for collection, Royal Mail told me would not happen and they wouldn't accept it. I was then told that the current stock was damaged when received from the manufacturer. I am convinced the staff have a book of excuses to quote from. Don't bother emailing as they don't reply. I would urge anyone to think carefully before purchasing items from this company and I sympathise with anyone who has a pending order and experiencing problems like I did. I buy online all the time, this is the worst service I have experienced.

Someone needs to stop this website from operating and I hope they enjoy my 40 quid that I will probably never see again. Do not order off this website, you will regret it.

I have ordered a couple of perfumes a few weeks ago, received an order confirmation e-mail and then nothing. I sent an e-mail to them to which Jonathan (customer services) replied that the order has been despatched the next day (I never received an e-mail to confirm that!) and 'have I received any red 'Whilst you were out' card from the Royal Mail. After reading all the other reviews - what a cheek! This company should be closed down. I will never use them again and report it to trading standards.

Yes their prices are good but are seriously not worth it when you have to go through so much hassle. This company is hard to contact and when you do finally get a response the customer service is appalling!

Ordered a bottle of 90ml lacoste touch of pink on 22aug for my wifes birthday pressie never came. They gave me a tracking number I phoned to say it still not delivered spoke to guy named chris he chased it up with royal mail. Lost in transit. They sent a replacement next day they promised I would get it before 1pm sure enough it arrived. Not the 90ml but two bottles of 50ml well happy got 10ml extra. Communication was good. I would recommend them. Only down side was delivery but they gave me a tracking number for 1st one so royal mail to blame 4 that one.

My experience is the same as a lot of the other reviews here, no perfume no refund, I've lost my money. Am also wondering if this is a legitamate website. Same story, lost by the post office, will send another one, will refund the money etc etc. 2 months later still nothing.

This is a reccomended retailer on a website, I use which gives cashbank. I have e mailed them and hope they will take this company of their list.

Same story as everyone else! It's been a month now and have had the same story for the past two weeks. My perfume has been sent out apparently around 6 times now if I am to believe them! They just gave me a Royal Mail tracking number for my perfume, and it doesn't even exist. Just want my money back now!

Same story as many others. Perfume ordered money taken same day, three weeks later no joy despite several phone calls and promises of next day delivery to full refund. Does anyone else feel as mad as I do this seems to be blatant fraud.

I think I will take some form of legal action, maybe police, or small claims these people must be stopped from trading, and must be held responsible for refunding monies taken and goods not supplied.

I will certainly be taking further action.

I have never received such bad customer service. Ordered item on 13th July, not received by 20th so I phoned them. They sent the item out that day, which was the wrong product!! I then had to return this product using my own money to send it recorded delivery. Have phoned them numerous times over the last 6 weeks and am promised a call back each time. On my last call i was told the item was out of stock, and asked why they couldnt phone me to tell me that!! Item was supposed to be in stock on 25th, its now the 27th and item not received. Have phoned them just and have been on hold for over 15 minutes. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

I ordered iten, money debited straight away. Then similar storey to so many others, have been waiting a month since order. Been in contact 6 times still nothing. I was first told it was dispatched 2 days after placing order. So i contacted the sorting office, they had no record of item, contacted subsequently was told i would recive a re-sent item. None was recieved, when I enquired as to why I had not recieved the resent item, I was informed by their contact that there was a problem with my order item. It may have a broken lid the tele chap ventured, I was supposed to recieve my resent resent order "by the latest" today. No order recived.

I ordered my product last week via standard mail. When it hadn't arrived by the 5th day I was a bit concerned as I had read some bad reviews about them.

I used the Live Chat feature which was really helpful. It was explained it had been posted and that they would check with the local post office. It had not turned up so they arranged for the product to be sent out via tracked mail which arrived exactly when they stated.

Very helpful and one of cheapest companies i found online. Although there was a slight delay everything was sorted accordingly and they kept me informed.

I placed an order about 10 days before Christmas the money was immediately taken from my account. When my order didn't arrive I phoned to find out why - there was no answer, I sent an e-mail and was told it was out of stock and they'd send it once back in stock. About 2 weeks later I sent another e-mail, then another eventually they apologised and said it was still out of stock. About a month late after I contacted them again they offered to send me a larger bottle as the one I ordered was still out of stock. I never received it.

I e-mailed them several times and after 6 months gave up and asked for my money back they have agreed, but I have not seen it yet!!

Don't waste your time or money with this company!!

I purchased from the pefume superstore last week, whilst it was dispatched the same day it didnt arrive the next day so I called them.

Person on the end of the phone tracked the parcel and told that it was most likely going to be delivered the next day. Happy to say it did arrive the next day.

I used this company at Xmas, 1st order did not arrive, 2nd order did; I foolishly ordered again in March & was given the same excuse as so many people...the order had been lost in the post?? I was informed that they would send a 2nd order & this time track it...surprise surprise it didn't arrive, so I had to explain to the two recipients which was rather awkward!!. I have now secured a refund but would wish to warn any other prospective purchaser.....Trading Standards have been mentioned already.........do hope they investigate this company quickly. If any1 wishes to purchase perfume etc I strongly advise "DONT TOUCH THIS COMPANY".

I ordered two bottles of perfume from Perfume Superstore with a delivery of 2-3 days. My money was debited from my account the same day. Two weeks later I hadn't received my perfume and I contacted them - they said they would look into. They called back the same day and said it has gone missing and would resend my order - they also gave me a tracking number. 5 days later one bottle of perfume arrived, contacted them again and they said on their was an error on their system and they would send another bottle out to me. A week later I still hadn't received my second bottle, they said they were awaiting stock and would send the following day. A week later I called again and was told they were sending the following day - and gave no explanation why I was lied to the previous week - tracking no. was wrong - over a week later my second bottle finally arrived.

They MISSED the birthday I bought them for - ALTHOUGH EVENTUALLY RECEIVED - TOO LATE (OVER 1 MONTH) INEFFICIENT SERVICE.

No response.

Awful. I find it hard to belief that this is a real online store. The perfume I ordered was returned to perfumesuperstore by royal mail - a royal mail mistake (not perfume superstore).

However, I never received any e-mail confirmation of dispatach as indicated on the perfume superstore web site or response to e-mail queries. It took five subsequent phone calls to superperfume to sort the problem out.

On the first three occasions, nothing happened as a result of the phone call, despite confident promises to the contrary. I neither received the goods or a refund. I really began to think that I had lost the money to some sort of scam. Eventually, three months after the order was made, and two further phone calls later, my account was refunded. I would never use this company again and would advise anyone else to avoid it too - apart from trading standards.

Ordered goods in October 2009, no confirmation recieved so contacted via the online chat option.

They promised that an email confirmation would be sent but neither confirmation or the Diorella perfume I ordered ever received despite the money having been taken from my bank account. All emails/voice messages left are totally ignored by them.

If anyone reads this who has had a similar experience, please report this company to trading standards so that they can investigate them. I am also going to contact Watchdog and Rogue Traders.

Perfume Superstore take your order and money, but ignore communication, delay delivery and give you the wrong product.

On 9th Dec '09 I ordered a 125ml perfume and payment was taken on 10th Dec. I didn't hear anything for ages, so I chased. They said it'll be sent on 22nd Dec, for next day delivery - but it didn't arrive & I missed Christmas :-(

Weirdly I received a 75ml bottle of the perfume on 29th Dec. I chased again in Jan, they said return the 75ml and we're refund you the postage and send the 125ml. I sent the 75ml back and Royal Mail's tack & trace told me they received it on 7th Jan. But again I heard no news and I began chasing again. Eventually they said the 125ml will be posted to me on 15th Jan.

But on 16th Jan, I took delivery of 2 x 75ml bottles of the perfume !!! (Postage refund arrived on 19th Jan)

I have told them of their mistake but they don't seem to care. Please heed the warning and don't risk dealing with Perfume Superstore.

Ordered an item for delivery in time for Christmas. No tracking number sent as promised. Eventually obtained this information from an "on-line" conversation. "Goods were despatched as promised and DHL carriers used."

DHL managed to get the item from Leeds to Maidstone but then decided the weather was too bad for them to deliver to me - about 2-3 miles from their depot.

Perfume Superstore managed to tell DHL that I would collect the item - so rather than telling their carrier to execute the contract and deliver to me - they placed the emphasis on me to collect on Christmas Eve from DHL which I could not do. No further contact from the Perfume Superstore - they think that the carrier is not their responsibility. I take the view that the supplier is responsible for managing their supply chain.

Don't use this company - they are unprofessional and unreliable.

I have had a similar experience as others, I paid over £80 to this company and they took the money out very quickly but no sign of the goods as yet. I paid extra for track and trace but the number they gave does not register with Royal Mail. I spoke to them once last week as they did not send a confirmation that the goods had been dispatched but since then I have been unable to contact them by phone as their mail box is full - what a surprise, many disgruntled conned customers like myself have tried to leave them messages!

Similar experience to most people on here. Ordered perfume 26th November for wife's Christmas present. After endless attempts finally spoke to someone on 10th December (no good leaving a message or sending an email) who said it had been out of stock and just come back in and would be posted next day.

On Wednesday i again spoke to someone who said it had been posted on 11th and he would check with Royal Mail and get back to me.

As of today (Friday) still nothing and no returned call. Can't get through on the phone today. I feel that this company is useless.

Like the above reviews, I ordered and heard nothing for 12 days. When I emailed, the reply was quick to say my order has been dispatched on the 4th and they asked me to chase Royal Mail. After several more emails, they said they have dispatched the product again as it had been presumed lost. Still nothing to date and it's nearly been 3 weeks. I feel I have been conned.

I ordered from these for my boyfriends christmas present as it was hard to find in shops. I waited a week for the item to come, tried several times to ring and email and, to no avail, could never get through! I am a single mum and only had very little money to spare and had saved weeks to be able to afford a 60 pound aftershave. To then see that i have been conned! And just before christmas. I really sometimes wonder how some people can be so heartless!

This so called company took my money on 3rd December for an item they said was in stock. As it was a for a birthday present on 13th December I sent them an email and another and another and another and I left a message on their telephone and another and another etc. I then tried their 'Live chat and again and again and again waiting for over an hour with a message 2 customers waiting. Eventually I thought I'd got lucky when I communicated with a guy called Christopher who after and age and all sorts of excuses told me that the goods had been dispatched that morning (Thursday) and would be with me 'tomorrow' (Friday). It is now Saturday and nothing in sight. My concern is whether the company exists? Whether the company -if it exists- care about customer relations? Whether it would be worth my while driving across the pennines to Leeds to confront somebody?

Is this a ligitimate on line retailer?

I had ordered a white diamonds from Elisabeth Taylor. After the order I got an email confirmation that it will be shipped in 1-3 days and they were supposed to send me an email confirming the shipment. After 15 days, no email, no delivery, no reply to my emails.
So I finally lost my patience and called them and finally after extreme followup got it shipped it after 3 weeks. Still no mail, no applogy.
No sense of responsibility.
