The customer service from SBR is poor (being kind). They do not anwswer calls or ingnore them, emails and answered sometimes. I returned an item (clothing) for warranty repair at the beggining of march '10 and I still have no return a month later.

The customer service team emaile to say it would be two weeks and when I contacted them they said they would post it to me... still waiting.
This is not the way to run a buisness, my advice avoid, avoid and avoid, you can get the kit elsewhere at a similar price or cheaper.
