I ordered a DVR which stated including Hard Drive . Received invoice stating "with 160gb Hard drive". but when received no HD fitted.

Contacted customer services/sales 6 times via mail and telephone. Made loads of promises including "You can have a hard drive if you pay for it", "Its our suppliers problem not ours".

After 2 weeks Still no Joy still no Hard Drive.
Prices may LOOK good, but in my opinion the service is NOT.
