I had used this company before, so I didn't expect a problem. This time I was told the Samsung ML2550DA toner cartridge I had ordered was out of stock, and I accepted that. However, a month later I was still waiting for the toner, despite payment having been taken at the time of the order. After two e-mails to the company they sent a toner cartridge, but it wasn't what I had ordered. The cartridge they sent was an RT-ML2250D5 cartridge, which is designed for a completly different printer. I informed them immediately by e-mail, but got no response. So a recorded delivery letter was sent rejecting the cartridge. After that they phoned me up, but only to insist that the cartridge they had sent was the correct one for my printer, which it clearly wasn't. Since then more e-mails and letters have been sent, but nothing has been done. It now looks as if I will have to take them to Court to get my money back.

TENTATIVE: Please regard this review as tentative as this review has been written without the problem resolved.
