Fast Delivery, Slow Customer Service

I bought a DVD from play.com and, to be honest, the over all experience was good. I found it easily enough, the checkout was easy to understand and the DVD was delivered in time. All was going well. Then when I went to play the DVD it wouldn't work. That's okay, fair enough, I mean - you get some faulty things right, no bog deal.

I contacted play.com and the took 3 days to respond. That's right, 3 days. When they finally answered my query they sorted it out pretty fast and I had a replacement 2 days later.

Overall I would give them 5 stars for ease of use and delivery but I'm going to reduce it to a 4 stars because of the length of time their customer services took.
