I was promised my product (Brooklyn Oak King Sized Bed) within one month of the order but it took over 5 months with very poor information received when an enquiry was made. E-mails were not answered & phone discussions were not followed up by e-mails without chasing.

The delivery company kept getting the delivery dates incorrect & OFS were poor at interfacing to ensure further errors did not occur. The product was delivered by a solitary delivery man when the products clearly needed two people to manoeuvre. The packaging was significantly damaged.

When I attempted to assemble the product, it was apparent it had been manufactured incorrectly resulting in damage occurring. They sent a skilled joiner to assemble who confirmed that it had been manufactured incorrectly but he agreed to modify the product to assemble. OFS have refused to offer an apology or compensation for the faulty goods. I wouldn't recommend purchasing with OFS. I've received the worst customer service ever experienced

Hi, I just wanted to thank you. The sideboard arrived today and we are delighted with it. It is perfect, really lovely, a pleasant surprise as I was nervous buying something I'd only seen online. So thank you again for great communication and service. We should be ordering from you again!
