Two months ago I purchased an elliptical, a Life Fitness X3 advanced for my home in London. Richard attended me from the start and he was very helpful when it came to choosing the correct model for me. The delivery was one day after the ETA but service was excellent.

Overall I'm very happy with the machine and up till now the service. I highly recommend them.

Very Poor Service, delayed Delivery and The product was slightly faulty!

I bought an elliptical trainer with them and the delivery time took much longer than what they advertise on their website. Moreover it was difficult to get in touch with them after they got my payment.

The most disappointing factor though was the fact that one facility on my elliptical was not working properly!

They would not respond to emails up to the point that I called them. After wasting more than one month trying to explain them what was the problem with my device, they decided to hide for once more and of course they didn't replace the faulty product.

I suggest you to stay away of them!!!
