I ordered cycling spectacles from that store on 20.2.2010. Today is 9.6 and here we are -- no money and no glasses!
I tried to contact the store by e-mail, than by web-form -- no reply. I phoned them, they did answer. At first, thay were out of stock. Then it was the volcano ash to blame. Finally, they claimed they did send my order and even promised to send me the particulars by e-mail which I never got.
Actually, this is the first time I was cheated by a Net Store!
