Don't waste your time or money!!!

I ordered a bed for my 2 year old daughter as I am pregnant and need to get her out of her cot bed and into a new bed asap. I ordered the bed and full payment was taken the next day.
The bed was listed as 4-5 weeks delivery. After 5 weeks I had heard nothing from furniture 123 and so I decided to contact them. Alarm bells started to ring when I realised there was no contact number listed on their website. I contacted them by email and received an email back stating they were trying to get in touch with their supplier. Why they were only just doing this after 5 weeks I have no idea. They then got back to me stating that the bed was not in stock and would be available in 3 weeks. I explained my situation and told them that I needed to told asap if there was going to be any further delays.

After 3 weeks I had heard nothing so I emailed again and this time got no response. I decided to look at reviews about this company on the internet (something I should have done before) and found that there were many people experiencing the same problems with delivery and problems with getting their money back. One review gave a telephone number for the company and I contacted them by phone. Again I was told they would have to get in touch with their suppliers. I was later contacted and told that the suppliers now had the bed in stock but in France so I would have to wait a further 3 weeks.

I have now cancelled my order with furniture 123 but have yet to be refunded. I've been back in touch with them to find out when I will get my money back but they won't confirm anything.

I'm now 4 weeks off giving birth, with no bed for my daughter and minus £400. I will not be ordering anything from this company again and I recommend that anyone considering using this company reads the reviews on other sites first.
