I've been shopping with Flowers Direct for the last few years.

I was always pleased with the service. This afternoon I've wasted TWO hours because the Flowers Direct site would not accept my password. Twice you've said you'd email the password in case I'd forgotten it (which I haven't). I'm still waiting to receive any email from Flowers Direct.
