EBay to the simple Man

I tried to criticise eBay today but had no luck they have no system to accept a critisism of themselves without you paying £1.50 per min on a help line which I did not fall for.

They have managed to cover all aspects of taking money even on complaints but none for a simple complaint or request.mine was, why am I paying a reoccurring bill of £13 pounds to Paypal Europe Sarl?

eBay have no way of assimilating this request. I am neither computer literate or an idiot, I feel that not being able to accept critisism is a fundamental flaw. They should come from behind their barriers set up by computer nerds into the real world - My world - the world that hits back when you try and avoid basic business issues.

I still do not know why I am paying a reoccurring bill, or when it will stop. Is it like a fraction? or do they not know what reoccurring means. Nashy42
