Nice furniture if only they delivered it

I did a lot of research to find some nice wooden furniture for the lounge and this one really stood out. I went to the store, saw a piece as an example and loved the quality.

It's now been 3.5 months since I placed my order. Haven't seen the futniture yet, have no idea when it will arrive, can't get the refund as 2 of the 3 pieces I ordered were already made to order. Plus their representative isn't the most trustworthy and rarely calls me when she says she will. Be warned.
