Calibre Computing fails to deliver

I placed an order for ink jet ink with Calibre Computing 3 weeks ago. They claim to despatch daily and to inform if the item is not in stock. I have not received the item but they have processed my payment. They will not respond to to my e-mail messages and thay do not give a phone contact number.
