British Home Stores, or Bhs as it’s more commonly branded, is a widely recognised and extremely popular name in retail. Bhs is known for its commitment to providing stylish fashion ranges and homewares at prices that represent outstanding value. Although Bhs opened its first store in 1928, it has just recently delved into making its products available online. Highlights of our new website include: • A wide range of womenswear • The latest in menswear • The tammy line for 8 -16 year old girls with ever changing ranges • Cool and cute childrenswear including sleepwear and schoolwear • A wide range of homeware – indoor and outdoor furniture, lighting, accessories, beds and bedding, kitchenware, dining, bathroomware and curtains • Weddings with bridalwear, lingerie, bridesmaid dresses, menswear, pageboys, accessories and shoes.

I bought this online with an 10 week delay and as having seen the quality of the leather in store, expected a brilliant product. However, I am very disappointed.

The leather itself is nice and thick, but the quality of the sewing and putting together are not.The carcass is very unpadded in places (You can feel the wood against the leather) and the stitching of the cushions is very hit and miss in places,including one of the seats on the chair being sewn on wonky!

Altogether, I am very dissappointed and am talking with BHS in regards to these matters.I reccommend if you want a quality sofa, go elsewhere.
